AGRIFAC GNS Series Trailed Sprayer

The GNS series has been a familiar sight for many years in Europe. AGRIFAC has paid a lot of attention to this machine. More tank capacity, larger boom widths and the tramline system have been fundamental in this design. This machine is fitted with 'dual-rate' plumbing. In 2007 AGRIFAC introduced a new generation of booms from 39 metres upward which guarantee a high standard of stability.

Chassis with suspension

The suspended chassis prevents sideward movements and assures a high standard of stability which contributes to safe transport speeds.

Ground clearance

While still having a lower spraying height of 50cm, the lift construction does not change ground clearance.

The weight of the boom stays as close as possible to the centre of gravity which ensures enough pressure on the hitch.

Plumbing control unit

The compact and effective plumbing is standard equipment with the 'environment' connection.

By using variable positions of valves you can perform many functions.

All AGRIFAC sparys are equipped with a circulation system through the section valves.

Dual-rate system

'Dual-rate' linking guarantees optimal spray and mixing capacity.

This capacity can be tuned to the width of the booms and to the (high) application rate.

New boom configuration

The new 'heavy duty' construction is relatively light but very stable. The dimensions and the round shape contribute to a higher stability. This boom is applied for 39 metres upward.

Transport width remains approximately 3 metres.

Tank and platform

Tank capacity is up to 7200 litres. It can be equipped with digital capacity read out.

The large platform ensures ease of reach to the manhole and has a leak free, lockable chemical box.
