AGRIFAC ZA 3400 P Self Propelled sprayer

Modern operations require efficiency and higher transport capacities. Agrifac's response is a machine with adjustable hydraulic track width from 1.5 to 2.25 metres, a tank capacity of 4000 litres and a transport speed of 50 km/h.

Agrifac mounts its self-propelled sprayers on a tandem undercarriage. This results in an even pressure on all four wheels, ensuring little or no movement from the wheels is transferred to the frame. Incorporated with air suspension the machine is so stable that boom sway is prevented and lateral movement is minimised. Even booms wider than 40 metres are extremely well balanced. With a ground clearance of 1.10 metres the machine can be used in almost any crop without damaging it.

Ground clearance

Because of the 1.10 metre ground clearance of this machine it is ideal for working in tall crops such as rape. With the tandem under carrier the machine will keep extremely steady. AGRIFAC self propelled sprayers in standard mode have stepless adjustable wheel track which can be read from the cab.

Tank and work platform

The main tank with 4000 litre capacity has a digital capacity read out. The large platform for reaching the manhole is between the cabin and the tank allowing good access to refilling the foam maker.

Plumbing control unit

The comfortable one handle control of the suction program can be equipped with remote control from three places. The compact and effectively applied plumbing is standard equipment with the 'environment' connection. All AGRIFAC sprayers have the circulation system through the section valves.

EUR III engine

The Deutz 2012 engine meets the most severe rules of the EUR III norm. The machine has optimal torque at reduced engine speed.

The large central placed cooling unit can be easily reached for cleaning purposes.

New boom configuration

The new 'heavy duty' construction is relatively light but very stable. The dimensions and the round shape contribute to higher stability. This boom is applied for 39 metres upward.

Transport width remains approximately 3 metres.

Nozzle bodies

Pneumatic shut off valves with the circultation system prevent inconvenient 'triangles' in the field.

Dead end in the spray line is a thing of the past. Settlements of rest fluids cannot occur any more.

With the HTA twinjet system you can get up to 95% drift reduction.
