The new Riecam 400T and 400S, offers the large grower/contractor a versatile, low maintenance sugar beet harvester for a demanding market. Among the new features for the latest Riecam include redesigned electronics and hydraulic systems providing greater accuracy of steering and depth control. Traction of the machine has been improved with a diff lock system which is of great benefit in adverse lifting conditions.

Output of the harvester has been increased due to a redesigned lifting and turbine frame, which gives a better flow of the crop through the machine, resulting in increased harvesting speeds.

Holding tank capacity is 17 tonnes, coupled with the excellent weight distribution, makes the Riecam 400T and 400S, a versatile harvester.

Reicam offers 2 axle configurations to suit land type; 400T having two 800 x 65 x 32 wheels mounted close together on the rear axle, designed to leave the harvested land level, having the rear wheels running on virgin soil. The 400S has a standard two axle rigid wheel plan, with a wheel at each 'comer', giving greater stability on side slopes.
